I’m a whole grown up mom and recently my doctor told me my weight loss was due to Adderall. Not the fact that I track macros, lift 2/3 times a week, cardio 2x and get 10k a day. So many health care professionals are never taught proper diet and nutrition and can’t recognize it in their patients.
