@minhton: you're paying double at the airport in japan to save five minutes. narita express is $22. the train right next to it is $9. same story at kansai and haneda. seven extra minutes, half the price. and if you've got luggage and a long flight behind you, skip the train and take the airport limo bus. around nine bucks, real space for your suitcase, and it drops you near your hotel. save this for arrival day #japantravel #japantok #tokyo #traveltok #japan2026
you are paying for almost guaranteed seats and dedicated luggage space..

I used the limousine bus and it dropped me off at the hotel I booked. So fast and easy, comfortable ride. And they put your luggage under the bus.

Fly into Haneda and you’re closer to city center and the fares are cheaper.

Limited Express trains are much more comfortable than regular express trains if you have suitcases. It’s not tourist tax. You pay more to enjoy a better experience.

There’s alot of misinformation here because Keisei Access Express doesn’t stop at Tokyo Station, likewise for Haruka Ltd Express which doesn’t stop at Namba

my airbnb is near tabata station, any tips on which transport best to use from Narita? I heard the limousine buses are good but only for hotels. Don’t get me started on trains, so confusing.

Is there a problem in the rest of the trains if you travel with 1 or 1 big suitcases? I remember the Narita Express had space for big suitcases and I’d not like to disturb people in the trains

I like the express because of the extra luggage storage. The regular train can get pretty crowded and that’s stressful when you traveling with that luggage.
