I feel like you’re not touching on the fact that marriage is contract above all else so you as a woman can negotiate a mutually beneficial contract. Also as women, as much as I hate it, the level of support we receive from our community is determined by how we operate in our relationships most of the time. For ex: you’ll receive a lot more emotional/communal support from failed marriage with kids than you would from a regular break up with kids.
