Why are the assistants bringing back used needles to steri? Those should be disassembled in the room, where a small sharps container should be. That’s so dangerous for the steri tech.

I see you have deleted my comment. Again, you cannot put a Statim the clean side counter top. The bottom of the Statim is NOT sterile, and you are contaminating your clean counter.

Touching the sterilizers with your dirty gloves, then putting clean gloves on to open the doors which are technically dirty and then touching the instruments to put them away with your now dirty gloves…. 🤭

Nice steri room you guys have! Buttttt you seem to be using dirty gloves to touch and turn on the autoclave? It should not be classed as dirty on the outside! Gloves should be taken off once there’s a full load, hand rub used and then close the door and start the autoclave!
