I switch out one can of cream of chicken for one can of cheddar cheese soup and sometimes I switch out the sour cream and use French onion dip! So yummy!

MN here... we do melted butter in a cake pan, spread just the hashbrowns, in a separate bowl we do top the tator, cream of chicken and about 2-3 cups of colby cheese, spread on top of the hashbrowns and bake for about 35-45 mins at 350.
