Recipe Details below -3lbs of Gold Potatoes, each potato cut into 8 bite size portions -3-4T Beef Tallow -1-2tsp Garlic Powder -1tsp Dried Rosemary -1tsp Paprika -1tsp Dried Parsley -Salt and Pepper to your liking -1/2C Parmesan Cheese….at least! **Preheat Oven to 400 Roast **Cut Potatoes, soak in cold water for at least 10 min.
