Thank you Sir. The quote that broke me was “what you are NOT changing, you are CHOOSING!” That really sat with me. I’m down 50lbs in 10 months. I’m disciplined, I’m healthier and I feel so proud of myself. At the beginning it didn’t show but now I look and feel younger. I’m so blessed.

I feel you and while there’s some truth to it, you know things are a lot different now than when you were in your 20s 30s and 40s. We’re dealing with a lot we’re competing with inflation, the administration, etc. OK minimum wage should be $66 right now that’s what minimum wage should be and there are people professionals that took out loans and went to medical school law school and other professional trades who aren’t making $66 an hour so are you suggesting we’re supposed to be working a full-time job and doing something else outside of that full-time job to supplement our full-time adult income?? I think you get what I’m saying what was minimum wage or your salary against the cost of living when you were in your prime
