I had Cauda Equina Syndrome. I’m now left with numbness, tingling, right drop foot, bowel & bladder issues. I’m on so many pain meds and have severe mobility & medium incontinence issues. I had a Laminectomy & Discetomy surgery in 2013. My back, mobility and general health has never been the same again.

L4 slipped over L5 dehydrated disk between L5 s1 spinal spondylosis with moderate loss of height, I have an incredibly hard time walking, standing or sitting for short periods of time. I'm currently in the decision stage of a disability case, along with severe complex sleep apnea, insomnia and BPD with major depression and just to put the Cherry on top I'm going through Peri menopause ...I don't know how to explain to the decisions department how this affects my ability to work except I'm in misery constantly

my lumber spine shows degenerative changes predominantly at L4 L5 and L5 S1 levels at L4 L5 there is small left sided disc protrusion and ligamentous hypertrophy on the background of a congenitally narrow lumber spinal canal which causes impingement of the L5 nerve root
