The cue that helped me with rdls is using your booty to close the car door when you have bags of groceries in both hands- helps if you have a wall behind you. You’re aiming to hinge back vs dropping down. You don’t have to push the weights down past that natural range of motion with the backwards hinge. Yours look right!

Ive tried your funfetti protein puffs recipe a couple days ago but it turned out too dry and very bready so I did a couple mild tweaks today (reduced the baking powder to 1/2 tsp, reduced the protein powder by a couple grams and replaced that with extra cake mix and baked it for less time) (also tried it with cherry chip cake mix!) and it was so much better to my taste! (I’m planning to go get brownie mix or chocolate cake mix to make a chocolate one with that same og recipe)

How do you lose/maintain weight at such high calories? I understand you fuel your body with good stuff but still. Honest question because I’m trying to gain muscle. I stopped my glp and it took me a couple months to be able to eat normal amount of cals again and it’s terrifying.
