I bought this detergent and it doesn’t perform well in cold water. It performed okay in warm water, but in hot water it was fantastic. I rarely wash my clothes in hot water, so I gave it away.

People do not read the back it saids your suppose to soak the clothes for 30 minutes or depending how dirty your clothes are.

Yea I don’t understand the hype either. I bought it, and just bought Tide 4 washes later. Even with a extra rinse cycle it leaves a coating on my clothes

i always use 1/4 cup of ariel in warm or hot water with an extra half scoop for super dirty loads. i think its the most effective detergent I've found!

Nobody has time, patience, and high utility bill money in order for powder to dissolve in hot water first. tide hygienic clean pods and Tide evo tiles work right away in cold water. Hope this helps.

Just be careful with the print on the shirts. I’ve found that powdered Ariel cracks up the prints and fades the colors.
