I use contraceptive estrogen patches. is this something that women in need of HRT could utilize? clearly synthetic vs bioidentical has some different risk profiles, but overall would it be possible?

I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to increase production of these patches. I tell my patients if only I had a magic wand… then almost everyone would walk out with estrogen patches
