They’re all nutritious foods, but these claims are quite blown out of proportion. Avocado and egg is a filling meal high in healthy fats and protein, but there’s no evidence this combination specifically burns belly fat. Fat loss comes from sustained energy balance, not special food pairings. Sweet potato provides fibre that supports digestion, and cinnamon has shown modest anti-inflammatory and blood sugar effects in some studies, but it doesn’t “get rid of inflammation.” Coconut water hydrates just like many other fluids, while chia seeds provide fibre that may improve bowel regularity. Neither ingredient “flattens your stomach” unless bloating or constipation was the underlying cause. Walnuts and blueberries are both excellent foods associated with long-term brain and cardiovascular health, but eating them together doesn’t suddenly sharpen your memory or slow ageing.
