Is it safe to take 10-12 grams of krill oil a day? Ik that exceeds the recommended intake however the one I take only has 240mg of omega 3s, 160mg of epa and 80mg of dha per gram of krill oil

I've been using one for about 6 months, gained about 3,5cm however some of it could be erection quality improvement. also after being nofap my dick had SHRUNK, so back to former glory + eq might be like half of the gains. it works, but takes about 1h a day 5 days a week. good luck trying to do it on family vacations 😅
