@bannyrooster80: When using Bannys bundle routine, once you get your desired result meaning once you are happy with the way, your wrinkles have faded or your scars have disappeared or stretch marks or when you’re happy with the look, you have achieved using the method four times a week at every other day, you are too taper this down. Find the amount of showers. It will take to maintain the look you want and stick to that schedule. Once you reach the look, you are looking for you don’t need to use this four times a week. You can reduce it to two times a month for most people.
