@startoverstrategy: If you have a service-based business, especially one where you’re working in someone’s home, trust is everything. People aren’t just hiring you for your skills. They’re inviting you into one of the most personal spaces in their lives. Here are three ways I work to build trust with my clients: 🤍 Be genuinely non-judgmental. Everyone has seasons where life feels overwhelming. My job is to help, not to criticize. 🤍 Protect their privacy. What I see in someone’s home stays there. Clients deserve to know their personal lives won’t become someone else’s conversation. 🤍 Don’t assume they’re comfortable sharing their home online. I don’t ask clients for before-and-after photos because I want them to know their dignity and privacy come first. If someone chooses to share their own photos or gives me permission to use them, that’s their decision—not an expectation. For me, this isn’t just good business. It’s about treating people the way I’d want to be treated. When clients feel safe, respected, and free from judgment, you’re much more likely to build the kind of trust that leads to lasting relationships and referrals. That’s the kind of business I want to build. #SmallBusinessTips #HouseholdAssistant #ClientTrust #WomenRebuilding #StartABusiness
