I win this one: I had been dating my husband for a few weeks and realized I couldn’t get my diva cup out. I explained what was wrong and asked him to take me to urgent care and he refused, saying “that’s a bill you don’t need, I’ll get it out for you” and grabbed a towel and put it in the bed and pointed at it for me to lay down. He washed his hands and then proceeded to fish out my diva cup, hand it to me, gave me a kiss and then went to wash his hands and went to watch TV again like nothing. We have a daughter now 🥰

i told the guy i was talking to how my mom has fallen on the icy driveway before & ended up needing surgery. i came out of the shower before he was due to pick me up for a date & my mom asked why he was shoveling the driveway & putting extra salt down around her car. we’ve been together 11.5

before the date I mentioned rolos were my favourite chocolate, on our first date he wore cargo pants, throughout the date he randomly produced packs of rolos from all his different pants pockets. 11 months later im 6 months pregnant and we get married in two months 🥰

Met my wife online. She was 19 I was 20. Chatted online then by phone. Became instant best friends. Decided after a couple months to go on a date. I got home and told my sister I just had my last first date. I am sure this girl is the one. November we will celebrate being married 25 years and she is still my best friend.

I have anxiety around men due to trauma but I felt safe around him from the moment we met, literally fell asleep on his chest by the second date. I also have epilepsy, which I told him about before we met irl the first time because I didn't want him to freak out if I had a seizure and chronic illness like epilepsy is a big deal breaker for some, he didn't mind and even asked me about my specific type of seizures, when I had a seizure on our third date he caught me and followed first aid procedures to the letter till I regained control of my body and didn't make me feel bad for having a seizure, he has since hearing about my epilepsy and other medical issues constantly reminded me to hydrate, eat on time, get enough sleep and even checks labels for trigger foods and allergies when he buys me food, drinks or snacks. We have been living together for almost a year now and I'm happier and healthier than ever

My dad’s car exploded the day after our first date. I called him to postpone our second date. He showed up at the hospital and stayed by my side for the entire night after we pulled the plug, the whole week planning the funeral, the entirety of the funeral, and we got married 4 months later. That was 9 years ago!❤️❤️

came home from a trip, had been on my period but wasn’t able to wash my soaked clothes (with blood). I was exhausted so I soaked the bloody clothes in water so I cld take a nap and wash them later. From my nap, he’d already washed them and when I acted surprised he said “why’s that even a surprise”

Danced with someone at an teen rock night. Stood outside at the end of the night chatting with my friends and the guy hugs me from behind. Felt so safe and good when he hugged me. Told my friends I was going to marry that guy. 20 years together now and 15 years happily married to him.

he told me it didnt deserve to be abused, took me to a different state to start fresh. he has given me love and safety for 15 years now and we have 4 beautiful little girls who are protected in a way I wasnt growing up. he healed my heart

I work FO for hem/onc. We have a couple who are both pts and always come together even if only one has an appt. They hold hands while getting infusions! Their daughter says they’ve always been like that. I asked them if they ever run out of things to talk about and both said no bc “she’s the most interesting person” and “I always love hearing what he has to say”. They call each other pet names and are silly together. When he pays for their copays, he’s the sugar daddy, when she pays he says he married her for her wealth. They are in their 90s and have been married since high school and say every day is better than the day before 🥰
