If it’s not medical, it’s a mental issue. She looks like she does not want to be held, and given that this isn’t the first video like this, you really should stop stressors like holding her, yelling, etc. if she’s not sick, she is stressed and trying to make herself feel better by marking. Even if she’s “dramatic”, being this way with her certainly will not help her behavior and perpetuates the idea that cats are just “dramatic”and are not incredibly sensitive critters that deserve to beinderstood on an individual level:(
