When I was a teen, we had a deep freeze in the carport. We had just moved from the country into the city. We never even considered that someone would steal from it. Someone did. Mom said not to be mad because if someone stole from the freezer they were probably poor and starving. 2 days later a kid at school was eating out of a container with my name on it. They were pretty close to being the riches family in town. The boy stole from us and wasted most of the food because he was bored.
