for the exam, do u have to do the intro (knock, verify, verbalize hand hygiene etc) everytime before each of the 5 skills? on the CA skills listing it just starts with explain procedure and provide privacy

I messed up on my skills I was nervous as heck ! I totally forgot the privacy curtain and the call light after being tested on blood pressure bc the volunteer left right after since she worked reception at the front so I didn’t have a patient but I still had to leave the call light because in real life you do. She still passed me but omg

How exactly is the opening difference to the skills that are not with a patient for instance, my teacher said that the denture care skill doesn’t have an opening, but is that different during the actual test?

my cna program teacher went over each of our skills before we actually performed them so honestly I felt like all the studying was extra bc she literally just showed me what to do then was like ok now do what I just did
