if raw carrots didn’t go well there is a girl on here who also has mcas and she can’t eat raw carrots but when they are boiled to a certain point she can eat them with no reaction!! it’s something about the heat/water boiling the histamines making it so you’re less likely to react i think!

I don’t know if you follow @Caroline Cray but she has had MCAS for a long time and posts lots about her journey! For her it worked better to boil the carrots before eating them !
