I heard someone say that Christianity rather than being a spiritual practice, it’s an oppressive political tool and that made so much sense. It just doesn’t make sense to me how he was born. God is seen as a genderless being, but you need a Y chromosome in order to conceive a son. Also, if god could create people from a rib, why did he need Mary in order to make Jesus? Like this is just a genuine question.
