Leave over medium heat for a few minutes to thicken.  💕Meanwhile mix together the ingredients for the hot sauce mayo.  💕Slice a wrap half way down the centre.  💕Add the chicken to one quadrant, followed by the cheese, lettuce, hot sauce mayo and crushed tortilla chips.  💕Fold over each quarter. Place into a hot pan tortilla chip side down first. Cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes until crispy. 💕Flip for a further 30 seconds before removing from the pan and serving.
