Well said Prof. but Nigeians almost always sponsor their health care bills. Govt support always comes from donor supplies. Our Govt hasn't genuinely prioritized public healthcare. I mean, you might be right if some quotas are released, but Govt funding is always abysmal and too meagre. So I disagree your emphasis on huge costs for govt when young addicted Nigerians die of cancer and other ailments spurred by smoking cigarette.
