did this for 4 years started 21 now I'm 25 don't really know what proper sleep is I hear people talking to me in the night I connect to radios waves of different languages I keep hearing noises all around me and when I look nothing is there

thats called being an adult living paycheck to paycheck. after getting my shoulder fixed workmen comp couldn't decide witch doctor was supposed to put me on medical leave so I showed up at work a week later. hardly sleeping between shifts and appointments. having no one else to drive and working graveyard shifts was so much fun. no pain killers other then my weekends if I didn't have an appointment. best sleep ever when I could take them though

20hr Shift sleep for 2-4hrs do another 20hrs. No big deal. It's the 3rd & 4th 20hr shift that gets ya.

It’s possible with the right amount of caffeine. Slept maybe 5hrs per night and once a month would go 6 to 7 days with no sleep. Hospital at night with the wife and work during the day for 8 years. There is a cost and I’m paying it.
