Either way, it’s a banger 🐸 INGREDIENTS 6 Sausages Knob of Butter 1/3 Onion, sliced 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar A few sprigs of Thyme 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard Big pinch of Salt and Pepper 1 tsp Plain Flour 2 Frozen Chicken Bone Broth Cubes OR 40ml Chicken Stock 1 Bay Leaf 1 Sheet Pre Rolled Puff Pastry Chopped Chives to finish METHOD Brown your sausages in a pan over a medium low heat then push to the sides to make room in the middle of the pan Go in with butter and then your sliced onions and fry for a few minutes until soft Then add your sugar, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper to the onions and mix with everything in the pan Then go in with your flour and mix until it’s all cooked out Then add your bone broth cubes or stock and mix Add your bayleaf then lay your puff pastry over the top, prick holes in it with a fork and then get it in the oven for 30 mins at 180oC fan Take it out, flip it onto a plate, remove the bayleaf and sprinkle over your chives Enjoy! #tartetatin #toadinthehole #onepantatin #EasyRecipe #onepanrecipe
