Ry-Ry Cheese :

Make it kinda fat with bulging eyes to highlight goldfish breeding tropes. Lower speed to 60, bring attack to 100, bring HP to 100, sp. Defence to 100 and defense to 75. Base stat total will be a reasonable 500. If they wanna give it some love bring the sp. attack to 85 as well to get more out of the lightening rod ability. They could give it a water type signature move called “Sift” that lets it remove and eat whatever edible item (such as a berry or leftovers) the opposing Pokemon has with 70 base power.
