@lilli_roberts0n: You can use any cut of lamb I’ve done this with roasts and lamb shanks too the thicker the cut the longer it’ll take to cook though. Here I used - 6 big lamb chops -2 cans of condensed mushroom soup - 2 French onion soup packets - half bottle mint sauce 1 onion Served with mash potato
