🌿 Part 1: Saturday Garden Reset Life has been life-ing this week. 💚 Work has been busy, I haven’t had time to prune since last weekend, and honestly…I’ve spent most of today resting and trying to reset my mind. Some days, the weight of life feels heavier than others. I’ve learned that instead of sitting with it inside, I need to step outside. Today, I grabbed my favorite pruning shears (linked in my bio ✂️🔗), harvested a few peppers, tomatoes, and herbs, cleaned up some overgrown plants, and simply enjoyed the peace. Between the birds singing and the hummingbirds stopping by for a drink, I found exactly what I needed. This little porch garden has become so much more than a place to grow food. It’s become my quiet place, my therapy, and a reminder that even after a busy week, growth is still happening. Today’s garden reset included: 🌿 Pruning herbs and tomatoes 🫑 Harvesting peppers and cherry tomatoes 🌱 Checking on new seedlings 🍈 Watching my melon vines continue to spread 🌸 Enjoying the flowers and pollinators 🍃 Gathering herbs to dry for later use One of the biggest lessons this garden has taught me is that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. Plants get overgrown. We get overwhelmed. But with a little time, a little care, and a little grace, both can bounce back. This is just Part 1 of today’s cleanup. There’s more to come, and I can’t wait to share it with you. 💚🌿 #ContainerGardening #PorchGarden #GardenTherapy #SaturdayReset #GrowYourOwnFood@Farmer's Secret
