I feel like the rich at first would mainly be racing to redistribute their wealth around their closed circle, spreading their money to children, family, close friends and not be top 30 anymore. At some point, they would just invent a system to actually and meaningfully make 30 people the richest on earth just to sacrifice them and redistribute said wealth to 30 other people. Some kind of trillionaire lotery for people with terminal diseases, "well they're gonna die anyway" they'll say. At the end of the day, even if that doesn't work, there's 3k billionaires and 58 millionaires in the world, I feel like it wouldn't affect enough people to abolish precarity in our lifetime.
