I swear. I am good with not understanding the world anymore. Trying to analyze situations, people and everything paralyzed me. It's as if I am/was watching and guarding how I should live, when I can just live and not gaf. I am still trying to heal from my own mind, because it has turned everything into an emergency(something to analyze and get solutions for). In conclusion, life is none of your business. recently learned a new concept..."coherence vs curiosity " for me this means learning how to stay in the present and not trying to figure it out, understand it...Helps put "peace that surpasses all understanding " into perspective

I haven’t thought about this but I know I’m just reaching for a certain level of comfort! To be honest even that doesn’t guarantee me peace because looking back I realise I survived with way less but somehow I believe a little bit more would actually be make me feel safer 😏 I’m probably not making sense but I’m hearing myself 🤣
