I semi agree, I think profit shud be capped, I think having a mortgage of £500 and renting it out for £3000 is mental. Not because fuck the rich but because housing shud not be bankrupting people forcing them to live paycheck to paycheck. Obviously I know the numbers are different, in the city vs suburbs vs middle of nowhere, capital city vs faraway city
