Accutane. Three rounds. that's the only thing that helped. And I STILL got acne well into my FORTIES!!!! But not cystic. My happy ending is that I'm now in my mid 50s, no acne, no wrinkles and only my family know my age. Most people think I'm in my 30s because I had babies later and a surprise baby at 46.
