It's so crazy because you PHYSICALLY feel the ego death 🥺😩 feels like you are dying fr that's how you know that core has been reached & it's a bit of a fight afterwards but the WAY you feel so FREE is so worth the pain you'll feel for a moment. Call it : the journey back to you 😌
