After I fasted for a few days I came to that realization about fast food, you go from super high energy not needing much except fruits and veggies then getting full off poison/fast food it feels like some sort of cross fade so I'm now staying away from fast food. I plan to fast alot more often I'm so glad fasting gave me knowledge and enlightenment😎

There is nothing wrong with Alcohol. It’s the intention of each individual that is consuming it. Just like everything else in this world. It’s not the guns the alcohol the vehicles the technology etc. it’s the individual and their intentions. How are they using how much are they using. Are they using or is it controlling them. Just like their is no real evil but the evil we carry with in ourselves. The junk we hold inside of ourselves. How we carry ourselves mind body and spirit dictates what and how we carry ourselves in the physical.

Haven't had a drink in 6 years. Huge alcoholic. Worked in Time Square for 17 years. My God. I dont go to meetings. I dont miss it...good riddance. 😁

Do you realize how many people are on the face of this planet because of alcohol? I venture to say two of my three kids were conceived with alcohol close by. People never put that into any formulation.

OK, and humans aren’t the only species that act this way. There are several instances in nature where species have discovered a poison that gives them an effect of being drunk or high and they seek out that activity do everything in moderation. Enjoy your life.
