Santa Cruz has the most evolutionarily diet, aajonus diet is what we might’ve ate like thousands of years ago, which isn’t bad, but humans have adapted to new food and standards that changed us biologically. But yes raw foods are good, but you can add some extra stuff like rice, potatoes, a few veggies (not green ones) etc.
