I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to cook for large events. A lot of caterers are preparing food throughout the week for multiple events and then reheating it on the day of the wedding or party. That’s often why it doesn’t taste quite the same as it does when you eat it fresh at the restaurant. It’s not necessarily because the food is bad..it’s just the reality of cooking for hundreds of people!!
