“Someone who fights for their own worth will fight for yours” is not necessarily true. Can’t base the assumption that someone who will work hard for a company(‘s worth) off of them negotiating their salary hard.

Interesting about following up after an interview.. Would like to know a bit more about what follow up would be acceptable.. as an it, consultant, questions are often raised, which I would like to come back on with more detail as I would do my role.. Not just the how did I do one and often feel that this might not be appropriate.Considering the agency involvement.. Comments please
