@swave.usa: Most people have never heard the word dysautonomia. But millions are living it: the racing heart when you stand, the dizziness, the brain fog, the crashes that no test can explain. So where does it actually come from? Dr. Benn breaks down the four most common causes we see: 1. Ehlers-Danlos, a genetic condition where the ligaments are too loose to keep the neck stable. 2. Trauma, like a whiplash from a car accident that overstretched the ligaments and never fully healed. 3. Age-related degeneration, where the neck gradually wears down, often between 45 and 55. 4. Repetitive overuse, the athletes and workers who stress the same joints over and over until the ligaments give. Four different roads. One destination: an unstable upper neck putting pressure on the nerves that run your entire body. That’s why the symptoms feel the same even when the cause isn’t. If any of this sounds like you, you’re not imagining it, and you’re not alone. 📍 New Jersey | swaveusa.com #dysautonomia #ehlersdanlos #chronicpain #vagusnerve #caraccident

Developed major anxiety but it was a little hard to correlate with my neck due to also giving birth the same time. Somehow herniated a disc in my neck, then got whiplash shortly after. Nobody will give me an updated MRI because of my insurance.
