Save this one and let me know if you are trying it Sweet and Sour Chicken 2-3 chicken breast 1 tbsp cornflour 2 coloured peppers 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 5 pineapple rings in the juice (approx 200ml) 1 Tsp of lazy garlic 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp dark soy 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp tomato purée 80ml water Mix together chicken and cornflour, add everything else and then bake 190c 30-35 mins stirring half way through. #dumb #dinner #uk #tesco
