I have a separate question. Hopefully, you can answer. I’ve been learning how to swim 2x a week and I heard chelating shampoo is a good one to remove hard water and chlorine? Do you have any opinion on it? Thanks so much 💕

I used K18 for heat damage, it helped a bit but it plateaued after about the 4th day. It curled better but it definitely was still damaged and disorganised and looser than my natural texture. Also the straight pieces i had didn’t budge at all whatsoever. I can’t speak on it being temporary because i cut the damage off shortly there after. I think for very minor damage, it could be helpful but after that point all that will help is a pair of scissors.

thank you. bond builders is just marketing, Olaplex built an empire worth billions, it's also targeted for straight white bleached hair. textured hair has different needs that were never considered in the "science" they keep harping on about.
