The problem for managers though is the interference by the owners of companies. A manager in the old days was able to make decisions which only owners make these days. Also, they employ 20 yr olds and call them managers but paying lower salaries, a recipe for disaster...

Managers with no back bone filter down the system if they don’t care why should we then chaos happens bullying lateness slack attitudes just makes a miserable 😞 working place that no one wants to be in .. I’m there !!!

I fought so hard for months to hold a disabled employee to the same standard as others (whilst supporting that person with said disability) and i got so much shit from both sides I almost quit. If you're not prepared to step up as a manager you have no business being one
