nice one but it will be more easy to calculate if you go for previous day Total sales ÷ Total gc
to get AVG per customer buying amount approximately
then you can set target +5 0r 10% for current day with strategy by suggesting each and every customer even one item can add more value and to achieve dailly sales 😊but it should be consistent.
