This is what a full leg day looks like for me from start to finish. Stretching is non-negotiable. You cannot walk into a heavy leg day cold — that is how you get injured. I always start with a leg stretch before I touch any weight. Then I get on the stairmaster for 5-7 minutes. Nothing warms your legs up like it. If you don’t have one, the bike or treadmill works too — the point is to get blood flowing before you load your joints. Then we get into it. 1.	SQUATS — I do pyramid squats which means I start light with high reps and build up to my heaviest sets, then work back down. This primes the muscle, builds strength, and finishes with a burn. The key is progressive overload — every week you should be adding reps or adding weight. That is how you actually grow. 2.	GLUTE BRIDGES — Load a barbell across your hips, drive up and squeeze hard at the top. Hold it for a full second. Most people rush these and leave half the gains on the table. 3.	RDLS — Hinge at your hips and push them back, keep the bar close to your shins, and feel the stretch in your hamstrings at the bottom. Squeeze your glutes on the way up. These build the glute-hamstring tie-in that makes legs look complete. 4.	BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS — The most brutal exercise on this list. Back foot elevated, front foot out, lower straight down. By your third set you should feel a deep burn in your glute. These fix imbalances and add serious size. All of these can be done on the Smith machine, with a barbell, or with dumbbells — switch it up for variety but the movement patterns stay the same. Full program with all my sets, reps, and cues just dropped — free in my bio. #bodybuilding #Fitness #physique #legday #explorepage✨
