i prefer bamboo sheets, they are way more cheaper than silk and they are way better in my opinion, more breathable, better temperature regulating and great if you sweat cause it absorbs the moisture and evaporates it quicker. bamboo sheets + silk pillowcase is my go to.

if anyone likes sewing, making your own nod pod is super easy! I made mine with rice bc thats what I had laying around. it feels so relaxing

Guys just fyi I was using the lush magnesium bar for like 2 weeks straight and it gave me awful diarrhea (too much magnesium intake does that) but I stopped using it for 2 days and it stopped but yeah
