💯! We just sold our property after tenant didn’t pay rent for a year, during that time we had to upkeep the property fix the broken dishwasher etc we got no rent for a year!! When they left they trashed the property and stole all beds, kitchen appliances, curtains light fittings basically EVERYTHING They didn’t pay for refuse collection either for the last year so ALL their refuse was dumped in the back garden which was then infested with rats!!

how many good tennets became bad cause the good landlord just keeps increasing the rent renters can only absorb so much of the cost of maintaining the property
