Should you kill someone?. i don't think you should do that because my personal sense of self determine my morality and values. But that doesn't make your desires inherently wrong because morality is a human construct not a universal rule that exists in the air. The reason we perceive killing as bad is because for our society to work we need mutual respect, individuality, corporation and docility towards others, because thats the easiest way to make life convenient, evolve as a species and adhere to most people. But that doesn't make murder or any sociotypical wrongdoing actually wrong. In the spartan era in Greece for example people killed other and themselves for glory, pride, worth and even for fun. But the spartans did that because their barbaric origins shaped a culture of a humble, simple life, where in their own respective morality their killings was for the sake of their gods and their restricted society was something there were truly pride and satisfied with. When you kill an unintelligent being like a ant or indirectly cows and chickens, how did you conclude that its right to kill it? The values you set on other are imaginary in the eyes of the universe, just precautions in order to evolve and not destroy one another. Either that , either you try to become so powerful that no else can stop you, like hitler stalin or that chinese leader. Do you think there were subconsciously aware of being wrong and feeling guilty? Or that all dictators and tyrants has cognitive disabilities? While society may call them sociopaths and in truth they were neurodivergent , those are just labels we ourselves have placed on others for our own sake of perception. In reality, some of those leaders were probably smart, knew exactly what they were doing, and felt proud of it. And the universe doesn't even care. In your social cycle , the further society and humanity as a whole morality and order seems real and essential. In the grand scheme of things its meaningless.
