so much less hassle

Why not just glue the magnet directly?

I have done this but I prefer epoxy if you’re going to do a lot of bases in a go. Working that much actually gets pretty hard on the hands

I scratch my base before I glue anything to it. It gives something for the glue to grab on to.

I put my magnets on then put some uv resin over it and harden it with the lil flashlight thing

Just use Gorilla glue adhesive and don't waste green stuff

2mm magnet, super glue.
Place upside down on metal plate while the condo cures, USE NO ACCELERATOR, let Gravity and the magnetic hold work for you.
Dont waste extra on putty.

get better magnets and you don't need the greenstuff, even on heavy resin prints

This is infinitely more work than just buying stick on magnets from warmag or other places like that

cameronwatts1 :
you do realize green stuff is actually a 2 part adhesive. adding super glue actually makes it a poorer bond

flex :
green stuff is way too expensive for me to even consider that Dx just make a cardboard cut out to get the magnet in and glue the magnet

HooHammer :
Or just buy from warmag lmao

Putty is unnecessary, magnet directly to the base is fine

Peel and stick magnets are faster. No putty or glue needed.
