In the same skillet, add a little more butter and cook seasoned chicken until browned and fully cooked through. Add peppers and onions back in and toss together. 3. In a bowl, mash avocados and mix with jalapeño, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Add vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat. Place a flour tortilla into the skillet, add mozzarella cheese, chicken fajita, cilantro (optional), and more mozzarella. 5.
