@hgvlifemedia: 🚨 WHO’S REALLY TO BLAME? 🚨 Every time a car gets sideswiped by an HGV, the truck driver is usually blamed first. But here’s the question… How many car drivers actually understand where a truck’s blind spots are? If you sit alongside a truck doing the same speed, there’s a good chance you’ve disappeared from the driver’s view. It’s a situation that can turn dangerous in seconds. So who’s responsible? 🤔 Should drivers already know this before getting behind the wheel? Or should HGV blind spots be taught properly during driving lessons? Let’s hear it… Truck drivers and car drivers, what’s your opinion? 👇 Drop your thoughts in the comments. #HGVLIFE #TruckDrivers #RoadSafety #BlindSpots #DrivingTips
There's no education on it, however it should be common sense. We are a lot bigger and sit higher up, we have big blind spots, car drivers assume we can see them, they assume we can stop within the same distance as them, they assume we can go faster than 56mph. but guess what, we cannot!

Stay behind or get in front , cruising at the speed along side any vehicles should be deemed dangerous .
