SCOTTYYYYYYY ive been trying for about 2 years to lose weight, have been working out, eating less (still the proper amount), and cutting out unesessary stuff, as well as consistent working out, ive become stonger, more athletic, and slimer, however ive only gained weight, im currently about 5'9 ½, 190 bw, and 16, and id like to cut down to 170, however nothing ive tired has worked, any tips?
